TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Agreement

Euripina is a university student. She can only work 2 times a week if she is in the middle of a college semester, and 3 times a week during summer break. Depending on the type of commission and its complexity, an artwork would take a minimum of 2 weeks to be delivered.

Commission Terms

▢ They are of legal age.
▢ They will credit Euripina for the artwork when reposting or sharing on platforms, and use the reduced glazed file and .web file type only.
▢ They will only use the art for personal use only, unless a commercial fee was settled or was an inclusion to the bundle.
▢ They will contact Euripina before selling the art piece.
▢ They are not allowed to use the artwork for AI and NFT purposes.
▢ They are not allowed to copy or trace over the art piece.
▢ They are not allowed to do any alterations to the work — recoloring, usage of filters, adding or removing an element of the artwork, removing the background to replace with another, etc. They are, however, allowed to crop to fit into profile pictures, banners, headers, etc.
▢ They are allowed to print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork, as long as it is for personal use only and not for sale.Euripina retains the copyright over her works. She is able to redistribute and reproduce (unless agreed beforehand), use it as promotional material, and keep it as samples in her portfolio and website.

Pre-Project Policy

○ Euripina reserves the right to refuse any project.
○ It is required that the Client will fill an Order Form when commissioning. This is to discuss and verify the details of the commission before Euripina accepts it.
○ Projects are officially accepted once an invoice has been issued and paid within 24 hours after it was sent. The commission will be put back into the queue or waitlist if no payment was sent within the said 24 hours.
○ The Client is responsible for providing a clear and complete reference material or mood board. Visual reference materials are highly encouraged, as descriptive materials can be vague. These reference materials and other intellectual property must be legally obtained and authorized for use by the Client.

Payment Policy

○ The currencies accepted are only USD or PHP. The Client is responsible for handling currency conversions.
○ A down-payment of 50% is required before working on the commission.
○ The full payment must be settled before the piece will be colored (a stage before rendering).
○ An invoice will be sent to confirm the amount to be paid. To avoid transaction accidents, do not send payments unless an invoice has been sent.
○ Payments can be sent through Ko-fi. If the Client is from the Philippines, GCash and BPI are also available as payment methods ( note : transfer fees may apply ).

Refund Policy

Strictly no refunds, unless in circumstances where Euripina has to cancel the commission.

Non Disclosure Agreement

If the Client wishes to make the commission private, an NDA must be stated in the commission form.○ Euripina will not share any WIPs on social media or stream the progress — these privileges are only for the Client to see.
○ The Client, however, must also refrain from sharing such info on social media or even show it on stream.
➮ NDA would cost at least 20% of the work. This may increase depending on the project load, but will not go beyond 50% of the total cost.

Commercial Usage Agreement

If the Client wishes to commission an artwork with commercial use, a separate commercial fee will be agreed upfront.These fees apply to the cases of reproduction and selling of the artwork, publicly or privately, where profit is gained from the platform where the artwork was posted.

Tier 1

☑ Branding: Character Design, Business Cards, Personal Sites, etc.
➮ +75% of the total price

Tier 3

☑ Production, Selling, Merchandise
➮ + 100% of the total price

Active Commission Policy

The Client is responsible to be in contact for the decision making and approval throughout the process. The mode of communication can be through Discord DMs, Twitter/X DMs, Ko-Fi DMs, or email.
➮ Euripina reserves the right to stream and post WIPs of the progress in social media, unless an NDA was discussed beforehand.

Commission Stages

Euripina will be sending WIPs of any progress made in these stages. This is to ensure that the final output is on its best quality of work, and is aligned to what the Client commissioned for.

Sketch

○ Rough sketch/es of the composition will be drawn based on the reference material provided.
○ There is no limit to the revisions in this stage.

Lineart

○ After the approval of the sketch, the artwork will be neatly lined.
○ This may take longer, depending on the complexity of the piece.
○ Any requests for additional elements or details into the work are free.
○ Requests for removing elements may be free. If it is of bigger complexity, it can fall under major revisions.
○ Only up to 2 major revisions are allowed, but will have an additional revision fee. Its base price begins at 20% of the total price. Note that this may increase depending on the revision complexity.

Coloring

○ The lineart will be filled with color and cell shaded in preparation for rendering.
○ If the Client has a specific lighting, vibe, or mood for the piece, they must inform Euripina.
○ Color changing requests are allowed and unlimited.
○ Major revisions are no longer allowed.
○ Any requests for adding texture, screentones, and other effects are allowed.

Rendering

○ The approved base colors will be used as a guide for the rendering.
○ This is the final stage and may take long depending on the complexity of the work.
○ Color changing requests are not allowed.
○ Major revisions are not allowed.

Completed Commission Policy

The Client will receive a Google Drive link containing:
- Full resolution of the artwork in PNG format for the agreed usage, with Euripina's watermark
- Lower resolution of the artwork with GLAZE in WEBP format for posting, with Euripina's watermarkIn an event where the Client loses the file due to data loss or other reasons, they may try to ask Euripina if she still has the file. However, it is not guaranteed that she will always have it, as she clears out files occasionally. Thus, it is advised that the Client secures a back up storage.

A YCH (Your Character Here) emote, wherein the pre-drawn base/template will be used to draw the character emote. The poses are fixed — any requests for pose changes, except for mirroring/flipping the image, will be considered as a custom emote. The facial expressions can be changed for free of charge.The bases/templates are all made by Euripina. The art style is meant to be simple in rendering, while the lineart captures the main details of the character design. What happened to Euri's old art posts?

Euripina officially deleted all old art posts on Twitter/X and Instagram on November 14, 2024.With the changes to platforms and hesitations on posting art due to AI, she will be glazing all of her artworks before posting them. It may take a while, but she will repost old art and post newer ones eventually. Follow her on BlueSky and/or Instagram to get notified!

Does Euri accept animation commissions?

Euri plans to open YCH animations in the future. She is still working on her animation template and pricing.

Does Euri accept PNG reactives or L2D Art for comms?

Euri accepts character or chibi PNG for reactives only. She does not accept commissions for L2D Art nor L2D rigging.

Does Euri accept logo commissions?

Euri does not take this type of commission as of the moment. She plans to make it available once she has more experience in delivering logo designs.

Does Euri accept sketch comms?

Euri used to, but not anymore. Her sketches tend to be very rough and loose — they are mostly used for thumbnails or studies. Euri will only deliver fully rendered artworks.
