I may decline commission requests if I believe I cannot deliver the art piece well.

I ONLY draw in my own art style ; that means NO copying others' art style. Please refer to my displayed artworks for a sample of my art style before commissioning a piece.

The payment must be paid through my Kofi. If you are from the Philippines, GCash is available as a payment alternative.

Prices may vary depending on the character design complexity and background details.

An estimated timeframe will be discussed with the client to set estimated target deadlines.

A 50% downpayment is REQUIRED within 24 hrs after the invoice has been sent. Failure to comply will result in the project to be queued back to the waiting list or dropped.

Strictly NO REFUNDS unless in circumstances where I have to cancel the commission, then the client will be refunded accordingly.

A limit of 3 MAJOR REVISIONS (character poses, color palette, scenery, etc.) are allowed during the sketching process.

A limit of 2 MINOR REVISIONS (hues, minor missing details, etc.) is allowed during the rendering process.

The client is responsible in providing a clear mood board, reference photo, or an accurate description for the character due to revision limitations.

The final payment should be settled AFTER the rendering process .

WIPs and finished works will be uploaded in my socials and portfolio. Inform me ahead of time if the project is to be kept in secret.

A cancelation fee of 25% - 50% will be charged if the client cancels the commission. The fee will depend on how much progress has been made prior to the cancelation.

My work is for non-commercial and personal use ONLY. An additional fee is added if used for commercial purposes.

The client must PROPERLY CREDIT in posts, descriptions, etc. when the artwork is used.

The client is NOT allowed to edit/crop out the artist's signature nor edit/tamper the art itself.

The client is NOT allowed to resell my art nor use it for NFTs and AI.
